The Renovation and Staging
This home went through a complete makeover. We repainted the entire home interior and exterior, replaced a few doors, new door handles throughout, new light fixtures and other minor touches.

The Kitchen
The kitchen was completely renovated, gutted, and replaced with new everything: cabinets, flooring, sink, light fixtures, appliances.

The Living Area
We removed carpets and refinished the hardwood floors throughout and installed new flooring in the family room.

The Bedroom
The bedrooms also went through a partial remodeling. My crew removed the carpet, refinished the hardwood floors throughout, painted and installed new closet doors. The staging adds that wow factor that will make the Open House walk-ins feel right at home.

The Bathroom
Even a small bathroom can be transformed by adding new fixtures, wall art, and a fresh coat of paint!

The Backyard
We replaced the deck in the backyard, placed new sod, and added additional florals transforming the outdoor living into a welcoming space, open for entertaining or relaxation.

Compass Concierge
And finally, the catch I mentioned earlier. How can you prepare your home for the best sale possible without adding extra financial stress to your finances?Teamwork
It’s truly exhilarating to witness the results of a home makeover. The hard work, the attention to detail, and the final wow factor resulted in a passionate effort from all people involved. I would not be able to do what I do for my clients in the time frame that I do without the partnership I have with the various vendors I work with. From flooring to roofing, general contractors, painters and everything in between I appreciate that they put my client’s home on top of their schedules as they know timing is of the essence for them. Yet another value I bring to my clients when they work with me. Where I can get a home ready for market in less than 2 months, the general consumer sometimes waits over a month just to get someone to come in to look at the job and then they need to wait a few more months for the work to commence.
