Initial Meeting: Where’s My Dream Home?

Whether you’re purchasing your first home or if you’ve gone through the process before, purchasing a home can be intimidating. My goal is to take the burden off my clients as I project manage the technical part of the process from start to finish. Taking one step (and breath!) at the time, I will help you determine the right neighborhood for your needs and wants, and find your dream home that fits your budget and meets your requirements.

Get Pre-Approved

But before wearing comfy shoes and starting house hunting, you will need to be pre-approved for a mortgage loan. I can connect you to a trusted mortgage advisor and walk you through every step of the way. This step should be taken right after our initial meeting as a pre-approval letter will make your purchase offer more appealing to the seller once we start house hunting. Also, knowing your available loan amount will determine how much you can spend on your dream home. Of course, an all cash offer eliminates this step!

Next Steps

Once you’ve found the home that’s right for you, I will guide you through the process of making an offer; negotiating the terms of the sale; getting your potential purchase inspected, repaired and appraised. A final walk-through will ensure that the property’s condition hasn’t changed since your last visit and that the terms of your contract will be met, we’ll close the sale and you’re going to be move-in ready!
